On November 21, 2013, the seventh international specialized forum SMART CITY – 2013 concluded its work at the «ACCO International» Exhibition Center in Kyiv

The forum was held with the support of the Association of Ukrainian Cities, and with the assistance of the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine.
The SMART CITY 2013 forum brought together 39 Ukrainian and international companies as well as industry media, and was attended by over 1920 industry professionals, a third of whom traveled to the exhibition from other cities and regions of Ukraine.
Among the forum's participants and speakers: representatives of the Association of Ukrainian Cities, representatives of the executive committees of the Ternopil and Berdiansk city councils, the Vinnytsia and Mykolaiv city councils, a representative of the municipal development department of the Zhytomyr city council, EAP Electric, ESYLUX, ISW, KNX Association (Russia), Kopp, Lingg&Janke, Loxone, Mimi Smart, VD MAIS, Samsung Electronics Ukraine Company, the «Smart City» Urban Development Agency, Geha-Ukraine, Engineering Logic, Inteldome, the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine, Service-Automatika, Siemens Ukraine, Smarttech, SOLITON, Phoenix Contact, and other companies.
In an open discussion, forum participants addressed urban development issues and contemporary aspects of city life. The forum explored new approaches to urban planning, security, ecology, housing and transport infrastructure, and the social sphere.
