BMS for the OPTIMA Plaza Office Complex
Inteldome specialists have completed the installation and commissioning of the automated supervisory control and management system (BMS) for the engineering systems of a modern Class A office complex in Lviv.
The complex's BMS brings the equipment of all building life-support systems together in a single control room: heat supply, water supply, chilled water supply, ventilation, air conditioning of every room, power supply, lighting, water leak detection, and energy metering.
OPTIMA Plaza is the only office complex in Ukraine to have received preliminary certification under the BREEAM In-Use International green building scheme. This international certification confirms that the building meets all modern energy and resource efficiency requirements.
