The security system integrates intrusion alarm, access control (for both service staff and residents), and video surveillance subsystems. The automation and supervisory control system integrates all equipment of the heat supply, water supply, power supply, lighting, ventilation, and gas alarm systems. Real-time status data and control of all equipment are handled from a single control room.
