BMS for the GULLIVER Complex

BMS for the GULLIVER Complex

Inteldome has successfully completed a full scope of automation and supervisory control works for the engineering systems of the Gulliver multifunctional complex, which includes the tallest office building in Kyiv as well as a shopping and entertainment center featuring a wide range of stores, cinemas, a fitness center with a swimming pool, restaurants, and a three-level parking garage.

The company's scope of work covered all local automation of the engineering systems (ventilation, chilled water supply, heat supply, lighting, etc.) for both the business center and the mall, as well as the automated supervisory control and management system (BMS).

The complex is unique both in its architecture and in its engineering systems. Its BMS counts over 30 thousand control points, several hundred controllers, and thousands of sensors and actuators.

The upper level of the BMS is built on a fault-tolerant client-server architecture with redundancy at both the software and hardware levels.
