LEED v4 Certificate. UNIT.City B12 Building
The work of Inteldome specialists has been recognized with a LEED green building certificate.
Building B12 of the UNIT.City innovation park, where Inteldome specialists implemented the automation and supervisory control system for the engineering services — one of the key factors in energy efficiency and sustainability — has been awarded LEED v4 certification at the Silver level.
UNIT.City B12 is the third building in Ukraine to receive a LEED certificate and the first certified under LEED v4.
LEED v4 is the next generation of the LEED rating certification, characterized by more stringent requirements, the evolution of key criteria and new features such as closer attention to the composition of building materials, equipment and products.
