Automation and Supervisory Control of a NOVUS Supermarket
Inteldome has implemented an automated supervisory control and management system (BMS) for the engineering systems of a NOVUS supermarket in Kyiv. The system provides real-time monitoring and control of the ventilation and air conditioning, power supply and lighting, and commercial refrigeration systems, as well as energy metering. It is built on equipment from Schneider Electric (France), one of the market leaders in automation systems. The system allows the engineering systems to be monitored from anywhere, without being tied to a dispatcher's or operator's workstation. Its architecture is designed for future expansion and for connecting all existing and future stores of the NOVUS chain, which will make it possible not only to monitor and control the engineering systems in real time, but also to analyze energy consumption by individual consumers, by supermarket, and across the entire chain.
