The mall's retail gallery features more than 420 brand stores, a grocery hypermarket, and about 40 cafes and restaurants. 
For leisure and entertainment, the mall offers a cinema, a children's amusement park, and a beach club on the roof of the parking garage. The mall's signature attraction is the largest ocean aquarium in Western Europe. 

Ocean Plaza has repeatedly received prestigious professional awards and consumer accolades. The mall won the «Best Shopping and Entertainment Complex of the Year» nomination and was awarded the title of «Favorite of Success – in 2015 and 2016, and received the «Choice of the Year» award as winner in the «Mall of the Year 2013» and «Mall of the Year 2014» nominations. The shopping center also triumphed in the prestigious Retail&Development Business Awards competition in the «Best Large Mall» nomination – in 2013, 2015, 2016, 2017,2018, and took the consumer choice prize – winner in the Best Large Mall of Kyiv nomination in 2013, 2015, 2016,2017,2018.
