The Blockbuster Mall shopping and entertainment center is being created in a retail-resort format. The mall will feature an indoor amusement park with exclusive next-generation attractions. Its location next to the popular operating Blockbuster entertainment center makes this spot a true entertainment mecca in Kyiv.

Blockbuster Mall received a European Property Award in the Retail Development for Ukraine category. The mall was also recognized by an international jury as the best retail property in Ukraine and nominated for the Retail Development Europe award.

Automated supervisory control and management system (parameter monitoring, alarms, generation of trends and reports, control of building services equipment):
