The building monitoring and control system provides round-the-clock monitoring and analysis of equipment operation to keep the center running without failures, ensure efficient coordination of the facility management team, and support the planning and execution of preventive maintenance and repairs. Numerous sensors for temperature, humidity, water leakage and condensate, power quality analyzers and other devices detect the slightest deviations from normal parameters and instantly issue alerts at the control center or remotely to technical support services.

One distinctive feature of data center automation systems is their modular structure, which allows flexible solutions to be created for individual tenants. It provides per-room energy metering and gives tenants access to engineering-system parameters: the temperature at each equipment rack, humidity, and the level and quality of power consumption. Warnings about deviations of key parameters, as well as alarm messages, instantly notify the relevant services and are stored in the archive for further analysis.

Security systems are also integrated into the BMS, allowing the operator to monitor intrusion into the premises and bring up CCTV camera feeds on screen.
