Cottage Communities

To provide unified automatic metering of energy consumption, and to detect and prevent emergencies, the following data is transmitted to the central control station:

• readings from electricity, cold and hot water, gas and other meters
• utility supply parameters at each building’s inlet and outlet (water pressure and temperature, gas pressure, etc.)
• alarm signals from sensors monitoring the buildings’ engineering equipment
• signals from water leakage, gas leak and other detectors

The energy monitoring and control system provides remote switching on/off of the electricity, gas and water supply of each building (cottages and other facilities). The system software integrates with the community’s central billing system.

In addition, every resident of the community has remote access to information resources to monitor the operation of engineering equipment, view alarm messages and check utility meter readings.
