The «WILO UKRAINE» office and warehouse complex is one of the most modern and technically advanced facilities of its kind in Ukraine. The building features an «Intelligent Building» system incorporating equipment from the world's leading manufacturers and, of course, the latest WILO equipment. The unique Wilo-Geniax pump system was implemented here for the first time in our country. This system, an innovative 2009 development by the WILO SE group, still has no analogues. The technology works on the principle of «heat supply on demand». This is what fundamentally distinguishes it from a standard heating system, which is based on the principle of continuous heat supply. Wilo-Geniax technology reduces heating costs by 20% while creating the most comfortable indoor conditions.

Modern equipment ensures the reliable operation of the warehouse complex, and all technological conditions have been created for pump maintenance and repair.

Start of construction – October 2010.

Automated supervisory control and management system for the engineering systems of the office and warehouse complex (parameter monitoring, alarms, generation of charts and reports, control of engineering equipment, real-time data monitoring at the company's dispatch center)
